Every piece starts as 100% Handmade construction, hand-tufted by artisans in Bhadohi. Within that, we work in a few different pile techniques depending on the design.
A classic, even hand-tufted finish with a soft, uniform surface — our most common construction, used across most of the collection.
Uncut loops of yarn create a textured, slightly firmer surface, often combined with cut pile for high-low dimension.
Sections of the pile are hand-carved after tufting to create raised, sculptural texture — used on our more dimensional, nature-inspired designs.
Rope-like raised cords are built up in relief against a flatter ground, giving certain abstract designs real dimension.
Every rug is finished with an anti-skid canvas backing for stability underfoot, and backed by a 1-year warranty. Pile height across the collection is 20mm.
